Here’s an interesting gadget, Tyrell’s Zeno Zit Zapper.

It uses heat to remove pimples by destroying the main cause of pimples, namely the “p. acnes” bacteria. This “Clear Point” technology emits heat that will not harm your skin. Treatment regimen consists of 2 or 3 cycles over a period of 12 to 24 hours each at 2.5 minutes per cycle. Expect to remove 90% of acne blemishes within a day. The Zeno is the first FDA-approved medical device for over-the-counter use on mild to moderate inflammatory acne.
Suggested retail price of $225. But hey, if it works, you will never need another anti-acne product.

I read a news story about the zit zapper and was wondering if anyone actually tried it.

I have heard that it works, but you have to buy replacement cartridges, which I think are about $30 a piece. I’m not sure how often, but it’s too often for me to justify the price.

I’ve also heard that Zeno works for pimples if you catch them early on. Zeno won’t cure your acne, but it might help you to manage it. Click here to read the review of Zeno Zit Zapper that I wrote to my web site. There are also tips on where to find Zeno cheaper and other acne treatment tips.
