For some obvious reasons, I’m loving Samsung promo pics! There was the Samsung Magic Station Desktop PC, and several others I saw before there was HipTechBlog.
Shifting your focus to the foreground of the picture, you’ll see the five new cellphones that Samsung just announced.
The two clamshell models to the left is the SGH-Z510 and the SGH-Z540, which are 3G WCDMA cellphones and both 14.9mm thin. The SGH-Z510 has a 2.2-inch QVGA screen and the SGH-Z540 is able to hold 150MB of content.
The one in the center is none other than the 8.9mm-thick calculator cellphone featured two days ago, the P300.
And the last two GSM/GRPS slider phones to the right is the SGH-D800 and the SGH-D820. The SGH-D800 is 14.9mm slim and has TV-out. Whereas the SGH-D820 is 15.2mm thin and features a 2.12-inch QVGA screen, Quad Band capability, and microSD external memory support.
The key feature of these five phones are their “slim & wide” form factor. And all five models feature a 1.3-megapixels digital camera, video recording, Bluetooth, MP3/AAC audio playback.
Lastly, according to Samsung, all five models will be launched in Europe in the fourth quarter of this year.
