Flimsy design, weak vibration, and unbearably low speaker volume far outweight all the extra features that is has and make it more of a toy than a functional phone. I had 2 Razrs (the 1st broke) but got fed up with thier poor quality in less than a weak and went back to my 2 year old phone. Get a much cheaper Samsung, Nokia, or even any other Motorola phone instead. The Razr is a crappy phone worth 1/10th of the $300 price tag.
