A few things to point out, if you look more into the images of the hollywood launch party, their are two different bags. One of those bags do indeed contain a xbox 360 and the other is an accessory kit. So if you look at the other 27 photos you could deduce this for yourself. Also at no point did they say they were given one, perhaps these celeberities bought one? Even if not, it is clearly just a marketing ploy which got the attention of enough of you.

Hate to break it to you, but this image is photo edited. You can see by the Xbox 360 how it got pixilated also at the bottom in the right/middle it’s a little over the shape of the box. The bag on the left in the background does have a 60 on it but it doesn’t match the placement of her bag nor does the background it’s a tad whiter then the rest of the bag. To me this image was photo-cropped.

The advantage of a console over a PC is that you don’t have to upgrade the console to play a game. Look how many people had to get new video cards and upgrade RAM when Doom 3 came out. Console games are made to fit the console. PC games may or may not work with your system, based on their specs.

But you spend waaaay more upgrading a PC to meet game specs. Try playing Doom 3 on a P100 with 16 megs of ram. Can’t be done. You’d have to upgrade the processor, which would mean upgrading the motherboard, which would mean buying a new case (more than likely). You’ll also have to buy newer RAM and a new video card.
I think everyone knows a PC does have more power potential and the ability to mod games to extend their gameplay life but from an economic standpoint, a console is the least expensive way to go.
Well, stealing would be the cheapest way to go, but that’s another story.

Paris Hilton will not appeal against the judge’s decision to send her back to jail for the remainder of her 45 day sentence.
