The Oakley Thump 2 MP3 sunglasses is probably one of the more bizarre convergence gadgets in recent months. If you have to enjoy your music, why not look badass why you’re at it?

Gizmodo has written a nice review of it. Worth a look if you are considering getting one of these for Christmas.

“The thing loaded very slowly via USB but once I got it going, it was very intuitive and the big rubber buttons were easy to find. I’ll give it a few more tries, but if you like the shades, then the MP3 player is a nice bonus. Otherwise, maybe stick with the MP3 player/headset combo.”
