Having difficulty getting your lazy ass up to work every morning? Watch out for this Blowfly Alarm Clock. Designed by Ena Macana, this unique alarm clock has won her 3rd place in the Taiwan International Design Competition 2005.
How does it work? Simple. When the alarm activates at your preset time, the Blowfly will spin its propeller and start hovering around the room, creating irritating noises. In order to snooze it, you gotta get up, catch it, and return it to its base. And according to Ena, it’s no easy task catching the Blowfly unless you’re fully awake.
Those who need some motivation getting up every morning will want to keep an eye on this. I’m sure we’ll start seeing the Blowfly manufactured for sale soon.
