Actualy, your legaly tied to sale what you picture on Ebay, NOT what the discription says.

That is, if there is any dought, it defaults to (whats in) the image of what you are saleing.

Doesnt this qualify as copyright infringement. That picture is property of Microsoft, right? So cant the seller be sued by Microsoft? Just a thought.

THE SELLER IS A JERK AND EVEN THOUGH IT DID STATE IN VERY FINE PRINT THE AUCTION IS FOR A PHOTO, THE LISTING WAS MISLEADING. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS OUT TO GET SOMEONE FOR MONEY AND IT IS RIDICULOUS HOW PEOPLE FIND WAYS TO TRY AND SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that’s awful, really feel sorry for the buyer. It was quite naive however to not read everything especially at a price like that! I wonder did she/he get their money back?

hahaha i bidded on it for a laugh wen it was on aution 3 weeks ago, never knew sum1 wudnt read it !! lol

oh yeah btw the seller is now on different tag and he kept all money, ebay refused the buyer any refund due to description lol

look closely there are 2 others floating about, one guys even sold a core box – no console for £140 …….
