Easily-accessible RAM slot on the previous Mac Mini is gone.
Bluetooth and AirPort antennae feels more robustly put together.
Bluetooth card is relocated to the top of the drive cage.

One of the biggest discoveries was that the new Intel Mac Mini has a socketed CPU, allowing for easy CPU upgrades.
