Check out this video of a friggin’ cool remote controlled airplane performance. The pilot is Benoit Dierickx and this performance was held at the Electric Tournament of Champions (ETOC) 2006 (what a cryptic name).

There must be hardly any weight in that thing and the controller must be very compotent, i don’t think just anybody can achieve that standard of control.

Either uses those new brushless motors(much more powerful than conventional), or has a very oversized engine.
My RC airplane is that size and i don’t get near that much power and i have the biggest engine for the plane size.

Yeah must be Electric, not only because of the weight but the safety requirements. Imagine if he lost control with a petrol prop plane, mmmm sliced audience members.
