I’m sure most of you have heard of YouSendIt, which acts as an intermediary to allow sending of large files to your friends and family. But there’s a lesser-known service called MailBigFile, which allows sending of files up to 512MB in size. Five times larger than YouSendIt’s 100MB limit.
“Many ISP’s limit the size of files that can be attached to an email, often as little as 10 or 20 MB’s is the maximum size. Or perhaps you’ve received a large file by email in the past and found that you have to wait whilst it downloads before you can see the rest of your emails? Well, now there’s an alternative - and it won’t cost you a penny.”
What’s great is that MailBigFile does not splatter humongous poker advertisements all over as YouSendIt does.

Thanks very much for linking to MailBigFile. One of our aims has been to be a genuine alternative to YouSendIt. We are always interested in feedback from users, so if you have any further comments on the site then please let us know!
