Log on to your Windows Professional computer as an administrator 2. From the Start | Run dialog, type gpedit.msc | {Enter} 3. Navigate to User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Internet Explorer 4. In the right-pane, sort by Setting and scroll to "Moving the menu bar above the navigation bar" 5. Change this to an Enabled state. Voila! This is great, and down bellow is probably so-colled Microsoft way to resolve this:

1. Log on to your Windows Professional computer as an administrator

2. From the Start | Run dialog, type gpedit.msc | {Enter}

3. Navigate to User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Internet Explorer

4. In the right-pane, sort by Setting and scroll to “Moving the menu bar above the navigation bar”
