What do you get when you mix a team of Hungarian engineers, an old Russian tank with its gun turrets removed, two turbines from a MiG-21 fighter jet and lots and lots of water?
You get the ultimate fire extinguisher powered by fighter jet turbines!
The vehicle will prove extremely useful in putting out oil-fires that would otherwise take days to extinguish. Above is the video of it in action.

Still fun, but this invention is at least 5 years old. If I remember correctly it was used during the golf war to extinguish the flaming oil pits Saddam lit on fire.

Yeah, I remember that Golf war. I was there. Me and my squad mates got ambushed near the 16th fairway. It was bloody. We would have called it “Heartbreak Sandtrap” but then that fag Clint Eastwood made that stupid movie about it. A lot of good guys got messed up that day. Lots of handicaps.

This modified tank is definately an ingenious idea and design, but it is about 10 years old. There was an old IMAX film called “Fires of Kuwait” (I think, it’s been a long time) about the first Gulf Conflict that I saw as a kid. It had this ‘fire truck’ in it. In fact, I’m pretty sure that the footage is the same. I remember thinking it was so cool.

I want one of them for the cats in my garden. That will soon stop the little dears leaving presents for me.

You can purchase motion activated sprinklers that will do the job for you, plus they’ll definitely keep vandalous kids from messing with your stuff!

I remember in the old days when Red Adair used a giant fan to try to blow the fire out. It took them months back then.
