The Stokke Gravity chair has got to be the coolest chair of the century! Look at how the legs “floats” you in the air. It’s a superb conversation piece.
But, the main feature of this chair isn’t just looking cool. It’s actually a recliner that allows you to use it in multiple positions. You could use it as a rocking chair, or even as an office chair for reading HipTechBlog on your computer. And when you lay back, it becomes a comfortable bed to nap on.
But oh dear, price is always a problem for nice stuffs like this. $2,310 for a chair. Ouch. Would you buy one?

Id definitly buy that if it was 200-300 dollars

How in the heck can you justify over $2300 for that thing?! It’s a cool chair but it would be super easy to build one using easily accessible materials. It’s not much different than many other chairs out there, it just has a different spin to it. That said, if it were $100 I would consider buying it.

WTF…
This is just a modified knock-off of the Pöang chair that IKEA has been selling for god knows how long. It’s a bit more “anti-gravity”, but the design doesn’t necessarily constitute the 10-fold price tag.
Geez.

Well, I hate to say it to you Zneon, but the IKEA chair is the knock off and these chairs last for over 10 years. 7 years of warranty, and even if you buy the oldest chair, most of the covers and parts are still available.
Sooo how about my Ikea chair that is two years old and the laminated wood is starting to split?
I’m really looking for a way to buy this beauty…. if only I could convince my bozzzzzz that this thing is very good for my productivity….
