If computer LED fans aren’t enough to show-off your geekiness to your friends and family, I’m sure this fan will.
The illuminating LED desktop fan sports multiple LEDs that glows and creates different lighting patterns, making the geek in you feel real great everytime you stare at it. Costs just ¥3,800 (~US$33) from rakuten.co.jp.

LED fans which display text on its blades have already been out for quite some time now. But Polo Tech from Taiwan is going one step further, by making LED fans that are programmable to display any text you please.

The fan is said to use an internal USB connection together with its software to make changes to the text displayed. It is even capable of displaying simple graphics. And to avoid flickers, the fan speed has to stay above 2000RPM.

Feeling geeky? Will have to wait till the fan is out, which is expected to be some time next year.
